- NDW Series wrap testing machine, is designed and produced as ISO7802:2013 : Metallic Material- Wire-Wrapping Test.
- Used in the method for determining the ability of wire of diameter or thickness 1.0 to 10 mm inclusive to undergo plastic deformation during wrapping.
- The test consists of winding a wire to a specified number of turns around a mandrel of the diameter specified in the relevant standard to form a closely wrapped helix. It may also include a specified sequence of windings and unwindings, or even rewindings.
- It provides reliable measuring method for wire manufacturers and users.

Yes, normally we will provide customer free samples we made before, but customer needs to undertake the freight cost. It will take around 7 days for the sample making.
